She also said she is able to do pretty amazingly in six-inch stilettos. Not many women can do it. In the interview, she said, “I will spring in 6-inch stilettos—I have no problem with that. I think it’s my body’s way of making up for the fact that I’m on the shorter side”.

Jenna Ortega’s Weight Loss Diet

Speaking to Wired magazine in December 2022, Jenna talked a lot about her diet. She revealed that she used to be a vegan, but she had to give it up during the shooting of the Wednesday television series.

The famous actress said, “I was vegan for a really long time, but I stopped being vegan when I went to Romania to shoot Wednesday actually because the food is very different there. I don’t think I was meeting my nutritional requirements so I started eating fish again. So, I am currently a pescatarian”.

Speaking of her vegetarian diet, she tweeted in July 2020 about it. In that tweet, she wrote, “I’m vegetarian! But I stray from dairy as much as possible and if there’s a cruelty-free option available I’m all for it. Have been for over a year now”.

Her favorite food option is avocado rolls. But she is indecisive. In one interview, she said, “I went vegetarian, and any time people asked me what my favorite food was, I’m so indecisive I couldn’t give them an answer. So I would say, ‘Oh, I love avocados.’ And people would say, ‘But that’s not a meal.’ Well, I love sushi and I love avocados, and now it’s my go-to. You know how kids always go with chicken tenders and French fries? Those are my chicken tenders and French fries”.

Jenna Ortega’s Weight Loss Workout Routine

Speaking about her workout routine, the young actress says the weekly schedule is not consistent. Yet, she tries to do 3 to 4 workouts each week. Her schedule changes based on what she’s working on.

She is a huge fan of yoga, and loves the relaxing workout it provides. Jenna credits yoga for improving her mind-body connection.

But she also loves going outside for a hike. And sometimes, she does yoga and light stretching. Of course, she always has one day in the week for full-body strength training.
