In 2017, she gave an exclusive interview for Life & Style, speaking about her experience and how she managed to shed pounds.

Anne said, “I’ve really changed the way I eat, and one of the most important things that I did was make sure I eat breakfast every day, which I eat like Greek yogurt, and berries, that’s my go-to breakfast. It’s quick, it’s easy, it starts your metabolism, and it’s really good for you, and then I always make sure that I have snacks or something with me so I don’t get to that ‘hangry’ point, and then just start eating anything because I’m starting. In 2013, she explained, “We have to get creative and do the very best we can to make something healthy that doesn’t taste like cardboard. Start off with fresh ingredients, and don’t be afraid of big-flavored stuff. When you’re cooking from scratch, you can use salt freely and you don’t get anywhere near what’s in processed and canned items”.

As for her secrets about healthy flavorful meals, she says, “Use things like vinegar, spices, and spicy stuff, all of those things have big flavors. And make sure you taste your food. It should taste good, and if it doesn’t, there’s something wrong”.
