So, the first thing she did was to quit smoking, drinking, and everything that can affect her. Meghan wanted to escape acne and wanted a long lifespan. Her fiancé helped her realize that only a healthy lifestyle can increase her lifespan and prevent diseases.

Looking at her diet plan and workout regime, it is pretty much simple and straightforward. Her weight loss diet includes nothing but home-cooked foods. Her fiancé helped Meghan with her cooking skills. At the time, she didn’t know how to cook. So, Daryl cooked for her initially. Meghan says that she was at her heaviest during pregnancy with her son, Riley. And during her pregnancy, she struggled with gestational diabetes. This made her “really pay attention to everything” she ate and allowed her to learn even more about food and health.

Just four months after childbirth, she was able to lose all of her baby weight and continues to work hard in the gym to lose more.

Trainor revealed that she didn’t gain much weight during pregnancy because she was able to keep her gestational diabetes under control. She welcomed her son via C-section in February 2021.
